Description

The “home” project is a series of six self portraits, taken in different areas of the same house. The images capture the intimacy and complexity of domestic spaces, turning everyday scenes into narrative works. Through a lens that combines tenderness with realism, these photographs invite the viewer to reflect on the universal yet deeply personal significance of home. Each image echoes themes of loneliness, intimacy and memory, evoking feelings related to presence and absence. Exploring the poetic tension between light and shadow, the silent stories embedded in the objects and architecture of living spaces are deftly revealed, making the familiar both comforting and mysterious. In addition, the images capture the connection and symbolism surrounding women’s role in society, emphasizing her strong presence, resilience and the complexity of her identity in the domestic space.
